Why Aptitudes are Important

Aptitudes have been shown to be the strongest single determinant of career success.

Skills and knowledge can be acquired and later forgotten. Interests, values, and priorities can change over time.

Aptitudes do not change. A person taking an aptitude test at age 20 and then again at age 55 will show essentially the same results.
